PGP Keys

Sending sensitive information to Netforcement:

We strongly urge you to encrypt all sensitive information sent over the Internet. We can exchange encrypted email with you using any product that supports the OpenPGP standard. We encourage you to check our PGP signature on email and documents to verify their authenticity.

As a security best practice, you must be sure to validate PGP keys you receive and not trust unvalidated ones. In the past, forged PGP keys have been created and uploaded to public keyservers. It is very important to validate your copy of the Netforcement Operations Key to insure it is legitimate.

Netforcement Operations public key. This key used to sign all Netforcement "Security Alert" and "Newsletter" emails and can be used to send sensitive information to Netforcement by email.

Every Netforcement employee also has a public key for corporate business.

Note: We have generated a Netforcement Signing Key that we use only as a key-signing key. You can verify that any Netforcement key is legitimate by checking that it has been signed by the Netforcement Signing Key. Use this signing key for verification only.
