U.N. warns of nuclear cyber attack risk. Last year the Slammer worm disabled a safety monitoring system for nearly five hours at the Ohio based Davis-Besse nuclear plant. The International Atomic Energy Agency is developing guidelines to combat attacks by Internet intruders or insiders.
