North Korea ready to launch cyber war. According to a South Korean Defense Ministry report, North Korea has trained more than 500 people in cyber warfare tactics. The cyber troops reportedly went through a five-year training course focusing specifically on infiltrating computers in South Korea, Japan and the US.
