Network Security Consultant
Security-focused IT services firm seeks individual with security consulting experience to join our team.
About the Position:
We are seeking a motivated individual for a position that allows self direction in achieving results. We are not looking for a “Cog”, but for someone who would like to contribute to our team atmosphere and growth.
Requirements include:
- CISSP
- 3+ years experience in a consulting position
- Experience in assessments based upon accepted standards including:
- Hands-on as well as analytical experience
- Experience with multiple platforms including:
- Required: Microsoft, Cisco, Linux
- Desirable: Solaris, AIX, Novell
Ability to speak with clients and prospects about general areas including:
- Best Practices
- Vulnerability Assessment
- Risk Identification and Assessment
- Experience with and General Industry Knowledge of point-products in solution areas including:
- Intrusion Detection
- Edge Protection Devices
- Access Control
